Investments Portfolio + Life Update after 3 years of silence

So this has been a long time since my last Portfolio update and uff they were amazing 3 years, both for personal and financial advancement, but also tough at times. It included a marriage during the pandemic, a brand new apartment purchase, a mortgage, moving to the new apartment, spouse changing job, personal losses. But ok that’s life.

From my last Portfolio Update I adjusted my investment strategy to 70-20-5-5. That is 70% US Stock market, but now any new monthly investment is in EUR via European stock exchanges, with the aim to eliminate the USD-EUR exchange process, the exchange risk though still applies. 5% European Stocks all EUR denominated, this will be further reduced as the european companies are circling the drain, and I have even divested from some like Adidas and DeliveryHero in some Investor boycott against some of their policies. 5% European Bond ETF all EUR denominated, this will be further reduce because have you seen the state of the European Union government (Germany, France in the brink of financial collapse, their governments already non-existent). And finally the big winner, Cryptocurrency or OK to be more honest Bitcoin the king of cryptocurrency with 20%.

Just to note that the total Percent gained is about 150% not bad for an amateur (idiot) investor

Most of the unrealized gains are from Bitcoin (BTC) as it has increased 300+% from January 2021

The second of my investments that skyrocketed during these 3 years is a stock, a very special stock and it is not Tesla (TSLA) that has a measly 100% increase in stock price.
This extra special stock is of course Nvidia (NVDA) with a whooping 1000+% stock price increase. This AI shit got really crazy really fast, even more than the GPU Ethereum mining, that Nvidia and AMD didn’t really invest in because they knew it would be shortlived. But yeap GPU datacenter farms is a reality to help boost the lets put AI on everything madness.
